Services FAQ
Absolutely. If you start with the Starter Report and decide you'd like us to handle the application too, you can upgrade at any time. We'll credit your existing payment toward the new package.
For Standard package and above: if an application is rejected due to our error, we rework and resubmit at no charge. If it's rejected due to eligibility reasons we've outlined in advance, we'll advise on your options — honestly.
For Starter and Standard: full payment upfront, securely via our payment portal. For Premium (waitlist) and Concierge (waitlist/booked): we'll discuss a payment schedule when we onboard you.
All 26 counties. Everything except your on-site survey (which is done by a local registered contractor) can be managed remotely.
SEAI applications typically take 6–12 weeks from submission to grant payment. We can't rush SEAI — but we can make sure there are no delays on our end.
